    Colorado Crisis Services is the statewide behavioral health crisis response system offering residents mental health, substance use or emotional crisis help, information and referrals. Its mission is to strengthen Colorado’s mental health system by providing Coloradans with greater access to crisis services wherever they are at 24/7/365 regardless of ability to pay.

  • Domestic Violence Hotline

    Every contact with The Hotline is personal. Some people who reach out to us identify as survivors of abuse, some as concerned friends or family members, and some as abusive partners seeking to change themselves. This Hotline allows for 24/7 access to resources and support, and is free and confidential.

  • What is EMDR?

    EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. Repeated studies show that by using EMDR therapy people can experience the benefits of psychotherapy that once took years to make a difference.

    988 has been designated as the new three-digit dialing code that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

  • iMatter

    iMatter is a free, limited, service for individuals who are enrolled in K-12 education (up to age 21). Children and teens can access 6 free therapy sessions with a provider of their choosing. It’s easy to use and accessible. This service has guaranteed funding until June 30, 2023.

    The Trevor Project is a resource rich in information to support LGBTQIA+ youth in the United States. They offer advocacy, crisis services, resources and spaces for connection.
